Next, employees who don’t remember the password and want to reset it for any reason follow the given steps:
- Open the Next Employee Oracle Sing In website.
- Enter your UserID and press the Next button.
- On the next page, you will see “Reset your Next password” hyperlink click on that.
- Enter your Email Address and Captcha code to identify yourself.
- Now, you receive a code generated by your authenticator app.
- Input the code and press click on Next button.
- Next step is reset password, you will jump on it after the validation of code. Keep following the on-screen instructions.

Recently ,NEXT launched an Oracle employee career sign in portal. When you open that (type “next employee portal on search bar”) and click on “Benefits – Next Careers – Sing in” search result.
